About The Course

The aim of the BootCamp Fitness Instructors Course is to provide fitness professionals with a comprehensive and practical training course on the structure of Bootcamps and High Intensity Interval based training. The 2 day training course is packed full of ideas on how to build your bootcamps, create periodised workouts, fun warm up drills, metabolic finisher drills, team games and how to teach, coach and Instruct a Bootcamp.

Course Objectives

By the end of the 2 day Bootcamp course trainers will be able to:

  • Plan and demonstrate a Bootcamp Fitness warm up.
  • Demonstrate, observe and correct a selection of exercises included in the course manual.
  • Create, develop dynamic and challenging exercise routines.
  • Understand and demonstrate the BootCamp Fitness class structure.
  • Learn the set ups and a variety of Mega Band exercises
  • Learn how to use Fitness Testing in a class environment
  • Market and build a successful Bootcamp

Practical and theory assessments will be carried out to ensure the course objectives are reached to a satisfactory standard.
