The aim of the BootCamp Fitness Instructors Course is to provide fitness professionals with a comprehensive and practical training course on the structure of Bootcamps and High Intensity Interval based training. The 2 day training course is packed full of ideas on how to build your bootcamps, create periodised workouts, fun warm up drills, metabolic finisher drills, team games and how to teach, coach and Instruct a Bootcamp.
By the end of the 2 day Bootcamp course trainers will be able to:
Plan and demonstrate a Bootcamp Fitness warm up.
Demonstrate, observe and correct a selection of exercises included in the course manual.
Create, develop dynamic and challenging exercise routines.
Understand and demonstrate the BootCamp Fitness class structure.
Learn the set ups and a variety of Mega Band exercises
Learn how to use Fitness Testing in a class environment
Market and build a successful Bootcamp
Practical and theory assessments will be carried out to ensure the course objectives are reached to a satisfactory standard.
You do not need any prior fitness qualifications to complete any of our courses, however to qualify for the REPs CPD points you should have:
Level 2 Gym Instructors Award or Exercise to music Instructors Qaulification.
A Valid REPs membership at the above level or higher.
The course is open to the fitness enthusiasts that are not on the REPs register, yet the CPD points will not be attainable.
